Dear Masters, Instructors, Athletes and Coaches,
Taekwondo BC will be holding the next developmental training camp on September 16 & 17 in the Tri-city/Fraser Valley area.
This training camp will cover dynamic freestyle kicking with Master Yoon Park.
In addition, the second day will cover sparring exercises and drills that will help with scoring on the KPNP system.
This will also be our first training camp, where coaches are invited for an information session on September 17th from 12pm – 1pm regarding rule updates and how to use the IVR card.
