Dear BC Taekwondo Federation Members,
Some very important announcements in regards to the upcoming AGM on Saturday, May 2nd.
Please find attached the following:
All voting clubs (main schools and branch schools) must email back to me the delegate form no later than April 25th in order to cast a ballot at this meeting. Only delegate forms from clubs that have paid their annual membership dues will be accepted.
There will be 4 positions up for election this AGM:
1) President (currently Grandmaster Dae Lim)
2) Vice President (currently Master Song Chul Kim)
3) Treasurer (currently Master Tony Kook)
4) Member at Large (currently Master Brett Fee)
In order to nominate a member for one of the above positions, a nomination form must be signed and emailed back to me no later than Wednesday, April 22nd.
The AGM is set from 11:30am-1pm at the Hilton Hotel Metrotown on Saturday, May 2nd.
