Josipa and Ashlyn both qualified for the 2019 university games in Naples Italy this summer. Josipa also qualified for the 2019 world championships in Manchester England. During the event Josipa had an amazing performance only giving up 2 body shots throughout her 4 matches. Being undefeated in the double elimination event winning her the MVP. Shane Britton also had an amazing match against the 14 time Canadian national champion losing by just one point after leading the match until the last few moments of the game. Ashlyn Arnold lost in the finals to Canada’s Olympian Malissa Pangnata.
