For this upcoming Korean Consul Cup, we will use the number 1 Tournament software on the market, Smoothcomp. Smoothcomp will allow us to automatically tree divisions, change and notify competitors of competition times, and keep rankings for athletes and clubs.
We kindly ask all Dojang owners to create a profile on Smooth Comp and register their clubs. We will need this done as soon as possible to complete The Federations setup of the software. One benefit to the clubs is that students and clubs can now register athletes for tournaments. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to complete registration:
1. Go to https://smoothcomp.com/en and click “create account”
2. Once your account is created, click “community” at the top of the page & then “academies” on the drop-down list that appears
3. On the academy finder page, click “create new academy”
4. Proceed to input the data for your club(s)
5. Once done, please notify Master Milad by email so he can add your club(s) to our Federation Profile – milad@pmtkd.com
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ATHLETES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT WITHOUT YOUR CLUB BEING REGISTERED FIRST
