Smoothcomp Basics
School Masters and Owners are responsible for registering themselves in smoothcomp and creating an academy registration for their schools.

Competitors must register in smoothcomp and create a personal profile. They must then choose the academy that they are associated with.
Coaches must also register and create a personal profile as well as choose an academy in order to obtain an official coaching pass for the tournament.
Once coaches and athletes register in smoothcomp and are associated with an academy, a confirmation email will be generated by the program to the school manager (Master/Owner) to confirm that person’s identity as a member of their school.
Special Instructions for Pairs Poomsae Registration
Pairs poomsae competitors must create a new account profile separate from their own personal profile with both competitor’s names included in the name portion of that account. Example: (Joe Smith / Susan Jones). The two competitors must then use that one account to enter for the pairs competition. It will be up to the two competitors to split the one fee for the pairs competition between them.
